Our Online Store Is Launching Soon

Hello! I'm Annie, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to 1974 Bookstore SLC, Salt Lake City's newest online and unique indie book bike independent bookseller.  Where our adorable book bike will offer a unique and refreshing way to explore the wonders of books, throughout our beautiful city.  

 

As the former owner of a wonderful bookstore cafe in Jacksonville, Florida giving up on not opening another bookstore was not an option! In fact, I brainstormed the book bike concept on my drive back home to Salt Lake City and committed to an environmental friendly footprint. In addition, my goal with 1974 Bookstore is to keep as many books off our landfills, offering 60% of our inventory for gently used books and 40% new books for purchase; supporting pricing affordability for everyone!
